Service Contract Scope:
    
The Supervision team is tasked with performing the technical and financial supervision and management of the project according to the international contract documents (FIDIC Yellow Book) and the Bulgarian Territorial Arrangement Acts.

In this regard the team performs the dual role of ‘Engineer’ according to FIDIC and ‘Supervisor’ according to Bulgarian Legislation.  

The team comprises highly experienced International and local Bulgarian expertise in railway design, supervision and construction project management.

At the moment the team has offices in Plovdiv, Sofia, Krumovo, Dimitrovgrad and Generalovo (Svilengrad district) with currently twenty eight personnel permanently engaged on the project. The team provides concurrent supervision of  Phase 1 Krumovo – Parvomai, Phase 2 Parvomai – Dimitrovgrad, Phase 3 Svilengrad - Turkish border and Systems contracts under the Plovdiv – Svilengrad project. 

The mission of the Plovdiv-Svlengrad railway supervision team is to ‘To be widely recognized as the best supervision team in Bulgaria’.
